What is Outlook?

Microsoft Outlook is a personal Organiser, not just an email platform. It can be used to schedule events and meetings, keep up to date with your to-do list and keep all your personal and business contacts in order.

Many people use their mobile phones for this, so Outlook can also interface with these devices and act as a backup for them. Anyone who has managed to lose their mobile device can appreciate how useful that could be.

Manuals are available in 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016 versions.

It is a good idea to back up your Contacts as an Excel file. Follow these instructions if you ever need to restore the backup (Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010). It's also a great way to distribute Class or Team lists!
